My passion is to guide others on both their inward journey and their physical practice, to lead them to finding their own Unique Self.

I am a French heart surgery nurse who certified as Yoga, Pilates and Pranayama instructor more than a decade ago.  Currently based in Marseille, I am back to France after 24 years of living abroad. I lived in London and Karachi, but mainly in Istanbul, where among other accomplishments, I Founded the MindBody Festival, which was a hugely successful yearly celebration of Yoga and well-being. www.mindbodyfestival.com

I’ve traveled also to teach in Dubai, Greece, France and London. My experiences and studies, as well as the constant body/mind mystery quest, crafted who I am today. Asanas were my life for a long time, but I started to deepen my journey in the Yoga world with my first training in breathing techniques in 2007. I am also exploring the concept of “My Perfect Imperfections” through my own physical, mental and spiritual transformations.

Studying under the direction of internationally renowned teachers and Yoga schools, I’ve been delving into the instruction of Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Iyengar, Anusara and recently: Embodied Flow practices. I love the passionate, powerful transformative practice of Pranayama, and I have studied intensively under the guidance of Sri O. P. Tiwari, Richard Freeman and Rod Stryker as well as many other inspirational teachers.

Tantra is the philosophy of life that has been leading me the most since 2011. Its study with Douglas Brooks, Carlos Pomeda and Tara Judelle makes the dive even more rewarding, always ready for “plus one” at the end. As a student of Stanislav Grof, I am going into deeper exploration with Holotropic Breathwork.

What really is amazing to me is each time I think I know, something is telling me I don’t. This wonderful journey of learning will never end…

Whatever your initial reason for starting a session with me, I will help you to explore your personal and unique strength. You will start to perform and use your assets for practice on and off the mat.

My classes will facilitate a well-adapted use of breathing.  Together we will cultivate a physical/mental resiliency through a practice that is joyful, fluid and challenging. You will gain access to your inner world of inspiration, creativity and love.

Become a Student of Life!  Just jump on a mat and take a ride with me on this amazing journey.
