Stephanie and all the team of La Vigne de Ramatuelle invite you to rejuvenate before winter with these 4 days/4 nights of Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation in the midst of Nature and Well-Being.
We will create flow in our body and mind with adapted movements, acknowledge the breath’s benefits in our daily life, indulge with the beautiful, tasty and healthy food of Alexandra and mingle with the Nature. The perfect combination to create a precious weekend only for you.

Daily program
• 2 daily practices of Yoga, Pranayama et Meditation
• 2 daily healthy and tasty meals (Brunch and Dinner)
• Lounge, Pool, Beach, walks in the nature or along the cost, visits and (optional)
DATES: Note that the retreat starts Wednesday October 30th at 17:00
and finishes Sunday November 3rd in the afternoon.

COST: 970-1150 Euro, depending on the accommodation you choose.
This price includes 4 nights accommodation, Brunch and Dinner,
